Quinton Rasmussen, Owner

Quinton Rasmussen is the owner and visionary behind Copper Sky Assisted Living. Originally from Washington State, Quinton developed a deep respect for older adults at a young age through opportunities to serve the elderly in his community. Those early experiences left a lasting impression and ultimately inspired his lifelong commitment to senior care.

Over the course of his career, Quinton has managed assisted living and memory care communities across the United States, gaining broad experience in operations, leadership, and best practices in dementia care. While his professional journey took him many places, he always carried a clear vision: to one day build a community that reflects what he believes exceptional memory care should truly feel like.

That vision became Copper Sky Assisted Living—a place intentionally designed to feel like home, where residents living with dementia are treated with dignity, compassion, and individualized attention. Quinton believes that quality memory care goes beyond safety and medical support; it’s about creating meaningful relationships, honoring each resident’s life story, and fostering an environment of comfort, respect, and purpose.

Quinton is a graduate of Brigham Young University and a proud father of five children. His role as both a parent and a care professional deeply influences his approach to leadership, emphasizing empathy, accountability, and family-centered care. At Copper Sky Assisted Living, his mission is simple yet profound: to provide outstanding dementia care in a place families can trust and residents can truly call home.

Taylor Jackson, Executive Director

Taylor Jackson serves as the Executive Director of Copper Sky Assisted Living, where he leads with a strong commitment to service, education, and compassionate dementia care. Taylor graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Management and began his professional journey shortly thereafter.

Taylor met Copper Sky owner Quinton Rasmussen just before the community was set to open in September 2019. After learning about Quinton’s vision for creating a true home environment for individuals living with dementia, Taylor was immediately inspired to become part of the mission. He dove in wholeheartedly, quickly mastering the operational side of assisted living while placing his greatest focus on what matters most—the people.

Over the years, Taylor has developed a deep passion for dementia care and has become highly skilled in supporting residents, guiding families, and mentoring staff. He is especially known for his ability to teach and empower others, helping families and caregivers better understand memory loss and confidently navigate the challenges that come with it. His leadership style emphasizes empathy, patience, and individualized care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity and respect.

Born in Utah and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, Taylor is a devoted husband and proud father of four children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and values the importance of creating meaningful connections—both at home and within the Copper Sky community.

Amber Hall, Assistant Manager

Amber Hall is the Assistant Manager at Copper Sky Assisted Living and a vital leader within the community. Born and raised in nearby Coolidge, Arizona, Amber has a strong connection to the Casa Grande area and an innate ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners almost instantly.

Amber’s passion for memory care began at a young age while helping care for her own grandparents who battled dementia. Those personal experiences gave her a deep, firsthand understanding of the emotional, physical, and practical challenges families face when caring for loved ones with memory loss. This foundation shaped both her heart for service and her career path.

She began her professional journey in senior care at just 19 years old, starting as a caregiver. Since then, this industry has been all she has known. Through years of dedication, hard work, and compassion, Amber worked her way up from the ground level to become a pivotal leader at Copper Sky. Her extensive caregiving background allows her to truly relate to frontline staff, and she leads by example—able not only to tell staff what to do, but to show them how to do it with patience, dignity, and excellence.

Amber is also a devoted mother of four children. Her role as both a caregiver and a leader deeply influences her approach to memory care, reinforcing her belief that every resident deserves to be treated like family. At Copper Sky Assisted Living, Amber is committed to ensuring residents receive thoughtful, consistent, and heartfelt care in a place they can truly call home.
